1. SILK SCREENING on TEE Shirts & Sweatshirts. This product is only rated at 25CP.[one ink color from 3M is, gray] this item is not designed for Safety Personnel, other companies may sell or have available this silk screen tee shirts for sale with this low CP reflective ink, we do not advise the use of this product as a safety related clothing item. The product was intended as a novelty item for manufactures of jogging clothes & bike apparel, not for safety due to the low low CP rating. The Department of Transportation has set minimum standards for reflective material used on safety clothes in the range of CP 500 or better, 25CP is not even close. The second reason, is the glass beads in this silk screen ink, come out with the "first washing" and continue to loose the CP rating after each wash... meaning the quality of the product goes down even after the first time washed. Please do not use the silk screen reflective product for your safety clothing selections, see and try our regular 500CP rated material attached to sweatshirts, jackets and TEE Shirts see the examples below.

    

2. Special NightGLO™ Reflective material designed into a Fire Cross, or Star of Life design, the design is heat pressure embedded into a 911WorkShirt®, Sweatshirt, Jacket or TEE Shirt. Rated at over 500CP. [front and back designs available]

   	In stock are letters [see list below @ price section] in this special NightGLO™ reflective material, for the back of Safety Apparel, PLUS we can add your department name in non-reflective silk screen ink, your front logo and back name ID, in silk screen or embroidery.[custom lettering available, see price section for details]
   	Star of Life,Fire Cross or Rescue designs for back & front of Saftey Apparel PLUS a silk screen non-reflective ink for your department name may be added.

3. SEW ON 3M material, the normal lime green [yellow] tape used on turn-outs, is available to sew on your sleeves of the 911WorkShirt.®

   

   

	This product works by refractive light back towards the source, the more light shinned at the shirt the more light given off.
	These shirts are proven very highly rated when used with other protective clothing and emergency lights. The main reason for being hit at night while on scene is not being seen.... our clothing will give you the extra visibility you need at night. Public Safety Professionals spend a lot of time on the side of the roadways, you are increasing your risk of being hit at night without additional protective reflective clothing and gear.
	This product is actually high quality special shaped glass beads, embedded into a clear layer of.... for Silk Screening "the ink",... or in the special 3M material [our NightGLO™], it is a thin layer of plastic, and in the 3M sew on material is both embedded into a material and with a clear layer of plastic on the top layer protecting the glass beads.
	The glass beads need to be aligned into the correct direction to obtain the most quality refractive conditions, something not obtainable on the Silk Screening since the glass beads are randomly placed into the mixture of ink, and spread out on the material [tee shirt] in an unorganized fashion. The rated Candle Power [CP] of the Silk Screening is about 25CP, and the other 3M material where the glass beads have been placed in the most refractive position to refract the most light is rated at over 500CP.
	Several other companies make similar products, however none compare to 3M, as being the leader in this field of safety reflective materials. We only use 3M raw materials in manufacturing our Reflective NightGLO materials.
	The NEW Product for reflective's is the material which we can attach without "sewing" into the fabric [fabrics it can attach to are cotton blend or dupont Taslan nylon product] is NightGLO™ reflective material. This is actually attached "into" the fabric with a heat press and 400 degree of heat. This process attaches the NightGLO™ material to and into the fabric.
	CP Ratings were done by an independent lab, for 3M Labs. Silk Screening 3M ink rated 25CP NightGLO™ Reflective Material products 500CP
	WASHING CARE for 3M Material & 500CP NightGLO™
	Mild soap and warm wash only. [Tide with Bleach is OK]
	Tumble dry on LOW. high heat dry will make the glass beads come off.!!!
	Always wash "inside out."
	DO NOT Dry Clean.
	Do not Iron.EVER on the Reflective Material!!!!!
